JUNK FOOD

The junk food has high levels of (grease ,salt, spices and sugar that stimulate the appettite and thirst).

All of the foods are harmful for health if you abuse of its consumption but the ones that are considered junk food.

The consumption of the junk food is in conection with obesity, illneses of the heart, diabetics and tooth decay.

Junk food chains restaurants give us this type of food but also the supermarkets sell this food.

We can´t tell that the obesity and other illneses are caused by the junk food.

Nowadays we see in children problems nutrition, this give psychological and social problems in development of child.

The advertisment of the jank food restaurants makes that the index of obesity increase creating big problems in children.

Some of these junk products that are in the majority of homes are:hamburgers, chips, sausages, nuggets, frozen products , donuts, sweets…
